As the main contractor, Concept360 Interior & Architecture successfully executed the construction and interior finishing of the Daycare and Dispensary facility located within AGI Denim’s K14B premises in Korangi, Karachi. Collaborating closely with architect Ahmad Mian and the design team at Studio Subtractive, we transformed the design vision into a practical, user-friendly space for employees and their families.

This project included dedicated zones for children and healthcare, with functional interior layouts, calming finishes, and precise attention to hygiene-focused materials. Our scope covered full interior development, MEP coordination, and custom woodwork to create a safe and inviting environment. From project kickoff on 21st November 2024 to final handover on 8th March 2025, we maintained high-quality standards, efficient execution, and responsive coordination, fulfilling the client’s expectations with care and professionalism.
